Packet Pick-Up
You can pick up your race packet at one of two places and times:
-
At the race expo at Ypsilanti High School from noon to 6 p.m. on Saturday afternoon (see the schedule of events). Ypsi HS is at the corner of Packard Rd. and North Hewitt Rd., about a mile north of Michigan Ave. (See our area map or click here for directions).
-
In downtown Ann Arbor at the Ann-Ashley parking structure (220 N. Ashley) between 6:15 a.m. and 8:15 a.m. on the morning of the race. The packet pick-up tables are located just steps from where you can board a bus to take you to the start of the race.

What is in the race packet?
Your race packet contains three items that you'll need on race day:
Pin the bib to the front of your jersey (using the pins) and attach the timing chip to your shoe or ankle (it comes with a velcro strap). At the end of the race, the timing chip will be removed and reclaimed by a race volunteer.
Everyone also receives a Dexter-Ann Arbor run T-Shirt.

Can someone else pick up my packet for me?
Yes.
Will packets be available at the starting area of each race?
No - the packet will only be available at the expo and at the Ann-Ashley parking structure from 6:15-8:15 a.m. on race morning. If you go to the race start without picking up your packet, we will not be able to time you and you will not be an official finisher.

Can I use my own ChampionChip?
Yes. Simply fill out the number of your personal ChampionChip on the race registration form online or at the expo. But it must be a ChampionChip, as other types of chips will NOT work!
